Camera compatibility

Murlet works with any camera that speaks RTSP and streams H.264 or H.265, which covers most IP cameras. Ring, Nest, Blink, and recent Wyze cameras don't speak RTSP: their video goes straight to the cloud, so Murlet can't record them.
